   Dry Ice with Cold Fire Entry  In case of any circumstances, you want to cancel your pre-booked order, you can get a reimbursement of the deposit amount you have paid while booking the order, as per the below-mentioned reimbursement chart:

 

• If you cancel the order 7 days before the event date, the full booking amount will be refunded.
• If you cancel the order between 7 to 4 days before the event day, a 50% refund will be issued.
• If you cancelled the order less than 4 days, no refund will be issued

Dry Ice with Cold Fire Entry Given rate card is only for rental products, the refundable amount will be 100% for selling products.
